Fully Interlocked Truck Mechanism
Horizontally withdrawable truck features mechanical and electrical safety interlocks preventing racked movement while the breaker is closed, with secure test-position door locking.
Heat-Shrink High-Dielectric Sleeving
Main busbars are clad in high-dielectric heat-shrinkable insulation sleeves, supported by fire-retardant barriers for optimum phase-to-phase and phase-to-ground clearance.
Dust & Vermin-Proof Enclosure
Manufactured from heavy gauge electro-galvanized sheet steel with IP4X/IP54 degree of protection, treated via the 7-tank hot phosphate powder coating process.

Vacuum Circuit Breaker (VCB) Panel
Built with ABB VD4 fixed or horizontally withdrawable vacuum circuit breakers. Employs ceramic vacuum interrupters for superior arc-quenching, mechanical stability, and motor-charged spring closing mechanisms.
Load Break Switch (LBS) Panel
Economical 11kV protective cubicle rated at 630A with integrated HRC fuses, 3 CTs, 3 PTs, and analog/digital metering. Dimensions: 900 × 1000 × 1800 mm, weight approx. 450 kg.
Metering & Protection Cubicle
Houses utility-compliant tariff metering CTs/PTs, multifunctional digital protection relays, and auxiliary DC tripping supplies.
