Pacific Powertech Ltd. was founded in 2013 as an industrial automation engineering, electric substation manufacturing, and control panel building enterprise in Dhaka, Bangladesh. Over the past decade, our operations have expanded from foundational power distribution and automation consultancy to turnkey substation manufacturing, generator synchronization, and complex industrial process control.
We operate with a core team of 23 specialized electrical engineers, technicians, and assembly craftsmen. Our traditional business foundation rests on delivering uncompromising technical build quality, honest price offerings, and industry-leading after-sales support.

Factory Capabilities
Purpose-built fabrication and assembly units engineered to meet international safety and durability benchmarks.
Equipped with specialized press machinery, seam welders, and MIG/TIG welding infrastructure. All transformer tanks and pressed steel radiators undergo pressurized leakage tests and complete chemical degreasing before assembly.
To prevent rust in humid environments, our sheet metal components undergo a 7-stage hot phosphate process (alkali pickling, acid pickling, rinse cycles, and 70–80°C hot phosphate bath) to apply a durable 10–15 micron protective barrier.
Our in-house test laboratory is accredited by BSTI and BUET and adheres to the Electrical Licensing Authority of the Ministry of Power. We execute routine and type tests on calibrated instrumentation for insulation resistance, induced overvoltage, turns ratio, no-load losses, and temperature rise.
