7-Tank Hot Phosphate Finishing
All panel sheet metal undergoes an industrial 7-tank anti-corrosive chemical process (alkali pickling, acid pickling, 70–80°C hot phosphate bath) creating a 10–15µ protective layer for humid climatic resilience.
CRGO & Electrolytic Copper
Transformer cores use high-permeability cold-rolled grain-oriented silicon steel (CRGO) imported from France and Japan, paired with 99.9% pure electrolytic copper windings to minimize no-load losses.
Government & BUET Certified Lab
Our in-house test facility is approved by BSTI, the Ministry of Power's Electrical Licensing Authority, and BUET, executing rigorous routine tests on calibrated instruments before any panel leaves the factory.
